Q:How to connect the smart watch?
A:You need two steps to connect watch bluetooth, then you can use all the functions of the watch normally 1: Turn on phone’s Bluetooth and smartwatch–Download and enter Da Fit App–Add device–Click and connect Y22. 2: Swipe down the watch screen–Click & activate the phone icon–Open the Bluetooth interface in the phone settings–Search and connect Y22_Phone.
Q:Why can’t receive massage?
A:Please make sure that Da Fit app has the permission to read notification: Settings– Notifications–Da Fit–Allow Notifications; Please connect your watch to your phone via the Da Fit app then open the Da Fit ap –Device–Notification–Turn on the Notification you want（Note: APP need to run in background to keep bluetooth connected）
Q:How to change the time format?
A:Connect the smart watch through the App, the time will be automatically updated to the bluetooth phone watch, open the Da Fit App, enter other setting, you can change the time format: 12/24 hour format. After changing the time format, you need to restart the watch and wait for a while to update.
Q:Some functions cannot be used after it is connected?
A:Open the App to remove the device, open the phone’s Bluetooth and forget Bluetooth signal, open the watch settings to reset the watch, and then follow the two-step connection to reconnect.
