Fresh Pasta in Four Easy Steps
- CHOOSE A MOLD: The Pasta maker is equipped with 12 knife molds, you can choose to install different knife molds according to your favorite type of pasta.
- ADD FLOUR: Add all-purpose, wheat or gluten free or another flour that you prefer. During the mixing process, please be patient. Generally, you can add the liquid you like after mixing for 2 to 3 minutes.
- ADD LIQUID SLOWLY: Add water, vegetable juice, etc. according to your preference * Note: After adding water, the dough should be flocculent so that noodles can be made, like breadcrumbs.
- MANUFACTURING COMPLETED: Usually 4 minutes after adding liquid (depending on the amount of flour added), please press the “OFF” button, then press the “ON” button and the extruding control button to make noodles.
