- Chef knife / Santoku knife: Both knives are great for cutting, slicing or dicing vegetables, fruits, fish and meat. The grooves of the Santoku knife are designed to release food easily. But don’t use the Chef’s knife / Santoku knife to chop bones, as it will damage the blade. When you need to cut a bone, use a bone chopping knife (not included in this series).

- Kitchen shear: Great for any meat and bones that can’t be cut. It is fastened with a buckle. Note: before loosening the buckle, be sure to hold the shear tightly, and then loosen the buckle and the shear.
