1. Before install driver on your computer, please ensure your computer and printer has been connected via USB cable.

2. Please upload the label with the print coat facing up, otherwise, it will cause print blanks.

3. For the first use, turn on the power, need to long press the top button until you hear one beep, then printer will load two blank sheets and identify the label size. This step is needed to help you print the label correctly. Each time you change the label, this step is needed.

4. Open the PDF file with Adobe would help print correctly.

5. To ensure all the content print out in one sheet, please make sure the source file size, page setup size, the actual label size match to the same . If your PDF file is A4 or other size, please refer to user manual and use ” take a snapshot ” function to print.

F&A Problem1: Labels print too light

You need to adjust the density on setting, go to “setting” >> ”device” >> ”printer & scanner” >> find the printer>> click “manage” >> adjust the density or darkness to higher. If it still doesn’t work, please require a replacement.

Problem2: Prints a label and then continues printing the other blank labels & Print over label

1. Before printing, please calibrate the printer.

2. Put the labels in, switch on the printer, Long press the feed button until it beep once, labels will keep forward and back for several times and then hold on one place, it means the printer has identified the label size successfully and is ready to print.

3. Note: before print, please make sure the size of loaded thermal labels, the print settings on devices, and the source file are completely the same.

Problem3: Print blank labels–Check the paint layer of the labels you loaded is up face.

Problem4: Can’t connect with computer via Bluetooth

Printing via Bluetooth didn’t support Macbook, if your computer is Mac, please connect with USB cord to print.
